I based this card on
Tim Holtz January Tag of 2013 as I'm trying to catch up, as I have no idea where the year has gone! Apparently it's June already.
I found this lovely saying and thought it fitted nicely with the theme, so I designed it with various fonts in word printed and foiled it before inking and distressing the card.
I love love love how my tattered poinsettia turned out. I cut it from chipboard used the metallic distress stains, and was planning to dot them around the card like Tim does with the cogs in his tag, but then I like the layered look and decided to run them through an embossing folder and add little accents of the background colours so it tied in together, adding a pearl in the centre to finish off.
